DESIGN SELECTION
Rimrock Real Estate works with independent Architectural Designers which allows us to utilize the services of our homebuyers preferred choice and does not restrict our clients.
We also work with a number of award-winning architectural designers that we that we can connect you with should you feel they share the vision for your future home.
Throughout the design process we will work closely with you and your architectural designer and offer feedback and advice to help refine the deign based on our experience to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
BUDGETING
The “B” Word! Budgeting. A crucial component when building a new home. At Rimrock Elevations, we work closely with you and your designer to ensure your dream is realized within the confines of your budget. We help you determine what can be achieved within your given parameters and work with you and your family to establish a transparent budget that you can count on.
PERMITS & PREPARATION
Once floorplans are completed and blueprints are finalized, we work with the city or municipality to obtain all the necessary permits and approvals to begin the construction process. Our experience helps streamline the process and ensure your project is delivered on time and to budget.
CONSTRUCTION
