Nathan has over 20 years of experience designing and building custom dream homes in Edmonton and area. As the co-owner of Hillview Master Builder, he’s developed immeasurable knowledge about building best practices, and strives to keep up with the latest trends and technologies within the industry. Throughout the years he has built lasting relationships with clients, financial institutions, land developers, real estate lawyers, and trades. Deeply embedded in the sector, Nathan wished to utilize all these skills and relationship with a wholistic real estate offering including sales. In 2020, he obtained his Real estate agent designation.

Nathan loves negotiating and navigating his clients through the transaction. His strategy is to get the best deal possible while fostering a win-win environment. Nathan thrives on making the process a fun and positive experience for his clients. Honesty, integrity & transparency are important to his character and business dealings. 

Born & raised in Beaumont Alberta, Nathan resides there still with his wife and 2 schnoodles. He loves to travel and often incorporates building research and architectural tours for inspiration during his leisure time.
