Belgravia

Belgravia is located southwest of the University of Alberta's main campus. To the west, Belgravia overlooks the North Saskatchewan River valley. Initial development began in 1912 and most was completed by the 1960s. The southwest portion of the neighborhood contained commercial until early 2000 when it was sold for development purposes. The newer portion of the neighborhood has a higher density than in previous decades of development. Choice lots in Belgravia are becoming attractive for infill development.

The Belgravia neighborhood in Edmonton features one school which is Belgravia. Belgravia is a K-6 school that offers a regular academic program with French as a Second Language for Grades 4 – 6.
